A sleeves-up operator: strategy and team leadership welded to hands-on execution. Chad turns complex technology into differentiated, mission-aligned value, with more than 27 years across technical development, fabrication and growth leadership.
For two decades he has led delivery of mission-critical, defense and hospital primary and N+1 backup systems. He leads the strategy and the teams, and engages and directs the licensed professionals who stamp the work. He is on the floor with them, tools in hand, safety first through the actual build.
He chairs the Facility & Safety Committee for the Boys & Girls Club of Chaffee County and serves as Technical Director for Junior Edison, a youth STEM program teaching weekly at the club in Salida.
